Our platters are perfect of casual catch-up’s and table bookings or for casual corporate affairs. Be sure to give at least 48 hours notice for these delectable treats!

Platters

Brie wheel - $70
A creamy 8 inch wheel of Tasmanian brie topped with roasted tomato and capsicum paste, pesto, kalamata olives and toasted pine nuts served with toasted garlic baguette. Makes a great table centre piece.

Seasonal fruit & cheese platter - $85
Fresh seasonal fruits paired with a selection of Jindi double cream brie, gorgonzola & Ashcroft mature aged cheddar. A scattering of dried fruit & nuts, lavosh and water crackers.

Antipasto platter - $85
Piled with fresh marinated roasted vegetables, cured meats, dips, olives, grissini and crusty bread.

Wraps platter - $85 - 30 pieces
A selection of wheat tortillas, packed full of fresh fillings like chicken, smoked salmon, leg ham, roast beef, loads of salad and homemade relishes and balsamic mayonnaise.

Club Sandwich platter - $85 - 40 pieces
Delicious fresh white and whole meal bread layered up with oven roasted turkey breast, avocado, mayonnaise, alfalfa, leg ham and homemade chutney cut into bite sized ribbons.

Sushi platter - $100 - 55 pieces
Selection of nori rolls including: fresh salmon, avocado & cucumber, teriyaki chicken & california rolls. Includes a selection of handmade sushi. All served w/ soy, wasabi & pickled ginger.

Mini croissant platter - $100 - 30 pieces
Buttery mini croissants filled with a selection of smoked salmon, avocado & cream cheese and fresh turkey, brie & cranberry.f

Petit rolls platter - $100 - 30 pieces
Crusty mini French rolls filled with a mix of roast chicken, avocado & bacon or roast beef, semi-dried tomato, spinach & balsamic mayonnaise.

Smoked salmon platter - $110
Premium whole side of Tasmanian smoked salmon served with cornichons, cocktail onions, avocado lemon wedges, herbed cream cheese and sliced crusty baguette bread.
